Match keywords: Many companies use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to screen resumes. Use keywords from the job description in your resume to increase the likelihood of passing through these systems.

Professional development: Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in your industry. Continuous learning and professional development can make you a more attractive candidate.

Resume Length: Resume should not be too small or too big it should have optimum content not more than 3 pages with all relevant skills including soft skills!

Timing: Timing of sending resume should be 11am to 6pm, don’t send at night

Sharing Resume: Always send resume through email, never share resume in WhatsApp.

Always Remember, the job search process can be competitive, challenging, so persistence and a proactive approach are key. Keep refining your approach based on feedback and adapt to the evolving job market.
